Hi my name is Liam, I am travelling the world in search of exciting experiences, new friends and beautiful places!

Currently in New Zealand, got a working holiday visa and a travelling Lions supporter!

In 2015 I travelled Australia with a working holiday visa and also went to Fiji. In 2014 I went to South East Asia for 5 months covering Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.

I am an easy going, social and friendly guy, I enjoy music, the arts, travel and sports.
I am not a mad party animal but I do enjoy being social and the company of others and a few beers from time to time!

Looking to meet new friends along the journey. For me there are a few things that make travel so rewarding ,the places, the memories, the food! And of course the people.
So what better way to meet new people then doing something like this, forging new connections all around the globe!

Interests

I love music and have a really varied taste. There isn't much I don't like to listen too with the exception of Justin Bieber! (I always love listening to new music as well.)

I am interested in the arts, particularly theatre. This is what I was studying at University.

I am also a keen follower and player of sports, I have played rugby union for over 10 years. I also follow Tottenham Hotspur in the premier league and I enjoy training at the gym. I have also done a bit of Muay Thai boxing. Laura is a personal trainer for work and enjoys Crossfit and netball.

(I also have a keen interest in History, Politics, Physics and Astronomy, the unseens and conspiracy. All making for some interesting conversations!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music wise I am pretty open to most things, but I love old school hip hop and drum and bass. But I also have the likes of Frank Sinatra, Bob Marley, Otis Redding, Charles Bradley and even a Cirque du Soleil soundtrack on the iPod!

For movies I love old gangster films! Scarface, the godfather trilogy, casino, goodfellas. Again I'm open to most things, my favourite movie of all time is probably Lord of the Rings, Return of the King. Il watch most things once and love anything that has a few cheap laughs!

For books, I tend to read more Non Fiction than fiction. A lot of biographies and auto biographies of sportsmen and actors. I read a lot of science books as well, not that I alway get my head around it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year in Thailand I became a qualified diver - one of the best things ive ever done! I hope to return to complete all my diving certificates in the not to distant future.
