Im an unconventional Italian girl from the south of this beautiful country, easy going and open minded, interested in alternative ways of living that support human interactions and consciousness and avoid the drama of consummation and capitalism; I believe we are the only very resource on this planet.

I define myself a green person, I pay attention and I'm conscious about my everyday choices in order to have a less impact on the environment.
I really enjoy preparing the food I'll eat and I'll be made of! and I'm passionate about natural kitchen; food is a matter of health and, nevertheless, politics.
I'm always experimenting different diets (gluten free, blood type based, vegetarian, raw vegan, Traditional Chinese Medical based, paleo) but so far I think the most various, the better, as soon as you know the origin of your food.
I love to keep my body active with long walks, jogging, yoga or better riding my mountain bike.
Im really into astrology cause I think is fascinating the fact that somehow our life here on the earth is connected with the stars and universal forces. So when I'll ask you your zodiac sign don't be surprised. 😜
