Born and raised in Spain. I still don't really have a fixed place to live (lately it's been changing every 4 months or so). What's the worst that can happen? Ending up in a couch?

Normally I don't take selfies or travel photos at all, unless my parents urge me to. And that's why there are not many photos in my profile.

I am pessimistic about the future of humankind, yet I aspire to live my small and insignificant life to the fullest, by constantly browsing cute animals and funny memes on my computer.

Materialism is a trap that I want to escape. I try to own as few things as possible and avoid unnecessary purchases, books being an exception. A woman can never have enough of "In Search of Lost Time" by Marcel Proust (I'm on my second page for the 12th time. Way to go!)

I like to consider myself a Renaissance woman, insofar as I know a bit of many things, not much about anything, and I like lying around in the nude when I'm alone at home.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

How dumb would it be if I put an honest "I am poor" statement here. I need to convince you that I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to know different cultures and love to meet new people, while in real life I am the type of person who goes to a party and makes friends with the dog.

One day I got high on Sugus and felt like stepping out of my comfort zone, so I went Couchsurfing. It was an unexpectedly wonderful experience and I hence decided to continue surfing. There ARE some interesting people out there, and I am not as introverted as I thought.

I wish I could host, but I only have my mom's flat as a stable place in the world, and I would like to keep it that way by not irritating her very often with unknown people at her duck down couch. It's a survival thing. So.

There is only one form of heroism in the world, and it consists in seeing the world as it is—and in loving it.

Also, I can sleep under any circumstances: train stations? Checked. Light, noise around? Checked. Wood board as a mattress? Yep. 12 hours flight with a screaming baby? Hell yes.

If you want to learn more about Spanish culture and Spain, I'm your girl; I worked as a guide so I can talk for hours, but I always rather listen.

I'm curious by nature so I love to discover new places, meeting people and listening. After all, I come from a region of famous sailors and explorers!

I write short stories and what I dreamt, with a quite psychodelic outcome, but only in Spanish. I can translate them to you if you want.
