I'm an avid traveler who loves meeting people and learning about their history. When traveling I love getting lost and exploring the less-beaten paths. Each opportunity I get to travel makes the world feel a bit smaller, which I think is very rewarding.

Books: Historical fiction is my favorite genre. Some of my favorite books are Birds Without Wings, The Stranger, The Alchemist, My Name is Red, Museum of Innocence, and Istanbul: Memories and the City
