Overview
About Me
I'm a half Belgian half Brazilian girl living in Okinawa, Japan on the moment. I grew up in Flanders, Belgium.
I love to meet new people, share experiences about travelings - life.
Sharing each others music knowledge, having a drink and cooking some nice food.
I'm an easy girl, don't need much to satisfy my needs.
Can take care of myself, am a proud scouts girl and I have long legs which help me discover new places.
I believe in trust, honesty and humanity.
I would never judge before getting to know.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
- Sharing is caring. - Give respect and you wil earn respect. -
On this moment I can't host anybody because I live in my shared accomodation supplied by my school in Okinawa.
What I can offer is a nice chat and show you the few places I know and like.
So I'm on Couchsurfing to meet people who are around me but whom I don't see. Locals to have a local friend and maybe to improve my Japnese. Foreigners to make contacts, remind me of home. But the most important : share experiences and talk about this crazy life we got the chance to live.
Interests
Hiking makes me become one with nature.
Surfing has still a long way to go but I can't get enough.
Drawing makes something inside me glow.
Cooking is limited cause I have only one stove.
I love to be on the way. Going somewhere always makes sence to me. Staying to long at one place doing the same thing over and over again makes me go crazy.

Music, Movies, and Books
When relaxing and listening to music with me : US/European/Latin American/ Asian Rap, Bossa Nova or other Brasilian classics, Japanese/Okinawan oldies, instrumental lounge.
I love reagge especially in the summer at a concert some good vibes and nice weather.
If we go clubbing on the other hand I love to go underground and find some unknow deep house, hard techno or maybe some French/hard core.
On the moment I fell in love with "Kafka on the shore from Murakami Haruki".
"Mommy" from Xavier Dolan touched me deeply. Otherwise 'Trainspotting' or "A clockwork orange".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking from Urasoe to Hedo Misaki, Okinawa Japan. A sleeping bag, no tent but a positif mind.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach me your local dish.
I will learn you how to roll a sigaret.
We can share our favourite songs.
