Overview
About Me
I love dancing until sunrise. I am talkative, easygoing and open-minded but at the same time, I appreciate my time alone and I am an independent person. For better or worse, I am also a political person, always open to discuss news and learn about history. I think I love to learn about everything, that is why one of my biggest interest is simply talking to people and hear their stories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to discover the world through nice people, even though you are in your own country. It is maybe one of the best options to receive tips and recommendations to travel around and find out information which you´ll never read on a tourist guide or in TripAdvisor. In general, is always pleasant to be with people who is curious about the world.
Interests
I enjoy painting with watercolors, drink tea and coffee with calm, walk in the cities without destination, collect stickers, posters, flyers, and post-cards, visiting museums slowly, take notes, long hiking and trekking to hunter sunset or sunrise, eat fruits on the beach, learn how to cook with local ingredients and homemade recipes, hitchhiking, squeezing into abandoned buildings, discover temples, mountains, volcanos, dancing and clubbing all night long (specially techno and reggaeton), read about feminism, performance, religion, social movements, environment and everything related with agricultural, food and farming topics.
Here I could also say that I enjoy "traveling", but it is a cliché. I do not like the idea of "backpacker" or that traveling "opens your mind" itself... I´ve seen soooo many people traveling without having any real contact with people or going out of the main attractions (for instance, persons who say they love Mexico but they have been only in parties in Tulum, pfff.... that´s not Mexico!)
Traveling is a matter of privilege. The first step is acknowledgment. Second, be grateful. Third, reduce the harmful impacts of tourism (or at least try).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting Budludzha (Shipka, Bulgaria) and Haus der Statistik (Berlin, Alemania): Two amazing abandoned places. Nothing better than exploring what cities and humans have forgotten and left to nobody. Each abandoned building has something to say to us, even if they are falling down.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can always teach some Spanish, it is an easy language and super helpful to travel. Latinoamerica is always with open arms for you! Basic salsa, some cumbia, even twerking. I am no that good at bachata, but it is always good to have a partner to practice.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Prepare a good breakfast or dinner for you. I enjoy cooking, specially proper Mexican food (not TexMex) our food is much better than what the world knows! Or I can give a hand in whatever you need at home, I have time to help :)
