Overview
About Me
I'm never any good at writing these things so after this you'll probably have more questions than answers. I was born and raised in a small desert town in California. I didn't really branch out much until I joined the service. After my time in I kind of felt lost on what I actually wanted to do with my life. Got married, enrolled in school, and worked jobs I had absolutely no interest in and now I finally think I know where I'm headed. I'm a dog person, a crazy one at times.(: I have two, ones a handsome GSD named Preston and a chocolate Lab spoiled princess named Rocky. While they don't travel with me if I'm hosting they will be there. Other than the two I have no children. I can be a bit shy when I first meet people. I try not to make things to awkward so I usually like to have a beer or grab something to eat to get to know people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
At this point in my life I'm having a lot of fun traveling and meeting new people. Why limit it to meeting someone at the pub? I'm hoping to spend a few days meeting and enjoying the company of some couch surfers whether I'm my hometown or yours. :)
Interests
I enjoy lots of things outdoors such as hiking, bike riding, playing sports, skydiving, and swimming. I also like to go out dancing, grabbing a beer or two. I also like to stay home and read books, crotchet, and binge watch tv shows on Netflix.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm very diverse when it comes to music, I'm a fan of pretty much everything but my favorite band is rebelution and I'd say I listen to reggae about 85% of the time. I'm a huge Denzel Washington fan so pretty much any movie with him in it and Disney movies.(Never too old right?) I love books. Lots of YA books, dystopian novels, scifi, right now I'm really into Legal thrillers.(Who even knew that was a genre?)
