About Me

I love traveling, especially food, which I think is a big cultural demonstration, and a spectacular way to get to know and understand local history and culture.

I absolutly love to try new things in every place I go. I love to eat with the locals and be amazed by new flavors or ways to prepare known products.

The best I have had:
- Jelly Fish plate in Seoul, Korea
- Lama stake in Arequipa, Perú
- Quinoto (Like Risotto, but with Quinoa)
- Roast Cheese at the beach in Buzios, Brazil

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to go keep traveling and knowing new places, and this is a cheap and exciting way to do it.
Also I enjoy walking on my city, and I would be more than glad to show the city, or to give some tips. Santiago has amazing places to know.
If you love wine, Chile is heaven.
