I996, in recognition of my service developing commercial interests between the UK and Poland, I was awarded the OBE (Order of the British Empire) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, during her visit to Poland. Amazingly I was presented with the award in a room in the Palace on the Water, during a private audience with Her Majesty.
