About Me

I'm 24, from Vigo, in Northwest Spain and I love meeting new people and have a laugh with them. I've been living in Lima since august 2015. I'll be living here until december 2016.
Currently I'm studying a master's degree in civil engineering in Madrid, but I'm on exchange in Lima for 18 months. I'm very easygoing and friendly, very respectful and I'm a good listener. I'm always trying to have a good time with whoever I'm with. I love conversating.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to meet nice and warming people, who let you in their house. Also, you save a lot of money. You know, things one's always looking forward to do while traveling!

Interests

I like having a good time with friends the most, while having a beer, walking around, watching a movie... whatever really. I really like conversating about interesting topics: history, politics, music, art, architecture.. I don't know, the things I like I guess.
I consider myself a great conversator.

Right now my main interest is traveling, that's the reason why I wanted to go to South America!. New and strange is interesting, that's what I look for.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've always liked indie rock and classic rock the most, but lately I'm more into electronic and tecno music. I discovered jazz-hop a couple of months ago and fell in love instantly.
I'm a major cinephile, I like most genres but horror and gore and that kind of stuff.
I can't really name all the types of film that I like, but I can say my favorite actor has always been Marlon Brando, my favorite movie is The Royal Tenembaums and my favorite director Wes Anderson

I try to read a lot but always find distractions. I read like 3 or 4 proper books a year. If I had to name my top 3, they would be: The greek myths, by Robert Graves; 20000 leagues under the sea, by Jules Verne and The Perfume, by Patrick Süskind.

I always enjoy talking about music, literature and cinema.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well I've traveled with friends around different places around Europe and in South America for 3 months (most of it alone). That was incredible.

Currently I'm gonna be a year and a half away from my town, my family and friends to discover a new continent. That's also pretty cool!

Teach, Learn, Share

I try to make the most out of the friendships that I make while I can

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can always help at home, I think I'm very reliable. I can help cleaning, cooking, washing... whatever.
