Overview
About Me
I'm a very happy person who tries to see the best in every situation (my last name actually means 'the happy'). I'm very open minded and accepting of new people, points of view, and ways of life. Food is my religion, and if it wasn't for the gym I would most likely be 300 pounds so discovering new culinary experiences is a big passion of mine. Also music is a big part of my life, and I really don't think that a person can survive without it in my opinion. I play piano and clarinet and would love to learn more instruments.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm planning on travelling to Europe in the spring of 2017 and figured I would get some experience with couch surfing before I go. I want to meet new people and get to know the places I travel on a personal level with locals who are wiling to share their knowledge and hospitality. To be able to feel humbled in an unfamiliar place and to do the same for fellow travelers within my own country.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all music, ranging from classical to metal to dubstep to blues and everything in between. Really just depends on my mood. I really enjoy discovering new music. When you find that song that speaks to you that you can play over and over again and each time you take something different from it. That is what it's all about. Music truly inspires me.
Comedies are probably my favorite type of movies. I love to laugh. Nothing beats a classic horror film though. I first watched Halloween by myself and it was terrifyingly amazing!
I'm not a big reader, but when I do find a book I love ill read it many times.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I jumped out of a plane once, and although it scared me half to death it was one of my most amazing experiences that I would 100 percent do again. Sometimes taking a big leap is SO worth it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I think we could all learn from the kindness of others, that's why couch surfing really intrigues me. The stories and references prove that there's still wonderful people in this world, and that kindness is worth spreading around!
I want to share this experience with others and really open my mind and home to people who feel the same.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with you my love for music and we can exchange our favorite tunes! I enjoy beer very much so we could laugh and connect over a couple, or just some company to discuss travel and adventure with. If you have a piano we could duet as well! :p
