Overview
About Me
Hi! :)
I am Martin from Prague where I study master programme public and social policy. I live in the heart of Lednice-Valtice UNESCO area in South Moravia so everyone who plans to visit this place is welcomed!
Right now I explore stay abroad while studying at Australian National University in Canberra Australia, so I can't host you guys... But once I get back and graduate in September, I will be glad to host and guide you :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Several years ago I met a really kind pair who hosted me in Prague and it made a really great impression on me... which also led to my own value's reevaluation. Right now I also want to host others in Lednice-Valtice UNESCO area - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJh3ixQyzwo For those who are planning to travel Prague-Vietnna, Vienna-Prague, or Bratislava-Prague and vice versa, this could be an ideal stop :)
Interests
As I studied political science and right now public and social policy I am really interested in the core functioning of the society - why its going well somewhere and some where we observe problems.
I also love different cultures and in Utrecht... simply my dream came true!
As a complete nerd I love studying and besides my compulsory reading to school, I fell in love with Korean textbooks :D Korea has become my life.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do not mind any music and movies. As I was truly devoted to studying since grammar school, I did not watch a lot of movies but I read a lot of books -dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde as one of my favorits.
When it comes to music, I really love balads which make me realize some hidden values inside of me :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far I did not do anything truly amazing except to almost killing my own twin brother haha Maybe interpreting to Korean is amazing for some people :D
Teach, Learn, Share
As I am still in my emerging adulthood I do not dare to say that I can teach something. I am rather in learning mode and I would love to learn cultures and nice attitudes to people. In Czech, we are rather unpleasant people and I feel it sometimes on my own body. I want to smile to everyone in every situation. So I would be thankful for any tips how to achieve it :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
1) My mom is a great cook and we love to prepare something delicious together, so a piece of Czech cousine is a matter of course.
2) My knowledge of Czech and Moravian history so I can guide you in UNESCO area.
3) Of course my room :)
