I am an artist at heart and enjoy making sculpture from found objects. I also really enjoy music and like to play along whenever I can. I grew up on the ocean and love to be near it whenever I can. I enjoy reading and love to hike and explore. I've lived in Oregon most of my life and love what it offers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling so that I can learn more about the world and see it with my own eyes . I really enjoy meeting new people and love all of the different ways we all live and how there are so many amazing people everywhere that you go.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music has a beat to it. I really like funk, dub and reggae, old punk, 80's music, jazz, soul, hip hop (mostly old school), and classical. I tend to like movies that are about another time and place. Classic black and white movies are great including silent ones. I like Sci fi and fantasy books and film as well.

I raised two beautiful children. They are the loves of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy cooking and like to share knowledge. I am very handy and like to help out. I can throw a boomerang pretty well. I can play guitar OK and make music on the computer. I'm good with recording, mixing, and running sound if that is ever something that's useful. I would like to work on my Spanish with a native Spanish speaker. I like to sail and can help out there too.
