I try to live my life as authenticly to myself as possible. I'm learning everyday.
My passion is the ocean so that's why I'm going to do a marine biology internship with Wageningen University this summer on the island of Saba.

I'm not a student anymore because I thrive doing field work and being outdoors. I like to have a lot of different things to do.

I love the ocean, wildlife, nature, exploring, gaining knowledge about many subjects and much more.
I also love meeting people and learning about their lives and stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people on my travel journey.

And right now I also need a place to stay in St. Martin (SMX) for July 24th until around July 30th.

Interests

I really love nature and especially underwater. I like hiking, snorkeling, being in nature generally, biology, etc.

Also I like to gain knowledge about all kinds of subjects. I find many things interesting and would love to learn more and more and more.

Some other hobbies of mine include playing the piano, drawing, painting, being creative and I also like festivals!

Music, Movies, and Books

I play the piano, sing a bit and want to learn guitar. I love lullaby guitar music. When speaking about genres I like pop music, neo-soul, any rock genre, classical, jazz, and much more. I don't really think in genres.

Also.. Sometimes I like to scream the lyrics of Rihanna's songs when I'm doing the dishes or taking a shower hehe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was snorkeling in Egypt a pod of wild dolphins randomly swam by. It was one of the most happiest moments I've experienced in life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Dutch, English, playing the piano.
I'm learning Spanish and French. But at the moment mainly Spanish.

We can share our thoughts about life, or basically thoughts about anything. We can share our cultural behaviour and of course our humor!

If you want we can go to the beach to go snorkeling or visit a national park.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, clean, do some handy work and if you want we can do outdoor activities together.
