If i'm your host i can show you some safe places for foreigners in Caracas, Caracas is VERY cheap for foreigners so you can always take a taxi, it will never be for more than five dollars, we can go to shopping, club's, restaurant and if i'm not too busy we can go to the beach! BUT hahaha there's always a but, my country its very cheap for foreigners but no for residents :( so a short, wise
