I'm grateful that I was given the opportunity in 2014 and 2015, to help students create and develop their startups in one of the most amazing places in Mexico: Chiapas. Giving them general mentoring in some specific areas like Marketing, Advertising and Strategic Planning.

One of the most amazing things about this journey, is that these kids instead of trying to do the next Facebook or the next super app, they are willing and putting all of their passion into making their Chiapas richest and loved by everyone around the world by using their own culture, history and nature.

Chiapas remains one of the poorest states in Mexico, however Chiapas is home to the ancient Mayan ruins of Palenque, Yaxchilán, Bonampak, and Chinkultic. It is also home to one of the largest indigenous populations in the country with twelve federally recognized ethnicities. Chiapas is par to none.
