I'm a big fan of travelling, and believe that no experience is better than immersion in the culture through interaction with its representatives.
Still I'm a poor student :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived about two months in a remote Altai village, surrounded by mountains and a population of 20 people. It was for me a very powerful renunciation of everyday life and civilization. It's an interesting experience, I always wanted to do something like that.
