**I just moved to a new city! Working on getting my own place so I can host again!**

I'm from Norway, but I've also lived 6 years in the USA.
When I was 11 years old I joined a CISV-camp in Vancouver Island, Canada, and ever since I've been absolutely hooked on traveling! Every chance I get I go abroad, and I've visited about 40 countries now. The best experiences abroad are always when I'm lucky enough to know someone local and get a more true sense of the country. One of the most enjoyable jobs I've ever had was the year I worked at Walt Disney World in Florida, and got to meet new, interesting people from all around the world every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've built a house! Which is absolutely insane, and it hasn't quite dawned on me yet that I've made it, but that also means that I have A LOT of space! And why have a house if you can't share it with good friends? :)
Usually when I travel I travel on a tight budget, and I'm always so grateful to the couchsurfers and other people that have taken me in, and now I would like to return the favor. Also, when I'm not traveling I miss traveling, and this is a way to enjoy that nice travel-feeling and meet new people, even when I can't get off work.
