I'm a french guy with a dutch name because my family is from the Netherlands.I'm currently studying geopolitic in the university Paris VIII. I'm working on a thesis about the rise of the UKIP Party in the Leeds area.
I lived for a year in Detroit Michigan, where I studied Urban planning and political sciences and wrote a research paper about urban renewal policies in shrinking cities.

I love to travel and couchsurfing is a great way to not only find a place to stay but also a great way to meet people who can make you discover their city/countries and explain to you how things works there. It's for me an amazing way to travel and experience a place.
