Hi everyone! My name is Martín. I was born in Argentina and grew up there. Almost four years ago I moved to Italy for almost a year, and now I have lived in Madrid for three years.
I'm an actor, writer, and director. I also am a cook and a massage therapist. It seems that I'm always looking for new things to learn. I'm in love with botanics too, films, music and literature.
I like meeting new people from all over the world and to know different cultures. I've had such lovely memories of people I know travelling and they always leave a warm memory and learn about different lifestyles. Exchanging different points of view about life and the world is very enriching to me.
I also like going out, having some drinks during the night and dancing. On the other hand, I appreciate it a lot if i'm near nature, the sounds of the birds and the trees moving. I always try to avoid conflicts and negativity, I think I am a very easy going person. Also I’ve been vegetarian since 2010 and by now, I don't think I'm changing that. I guess this is basically my presentation card! for other things don't doubt asking :) .

I just love travelling and meeting new people! As also knowing a new city with a local that shows me some good spots out of the main touristic centers. I like doing that too when I'm the local in the place.

Music: Dream pop is my favorite style, also glam rock. Bob Dylan, Patti Smith and David Bowie are my favorites. Lana Del Rey, Grimes, FKA Twigs, Kate Bush, Joni Mitchell, Nick Drake, Roisin Murphy, Mitski, Cocteau Twins, The Cure, Charli XCX, SOPHIE... I actually listen to many different music styles! Those are the ones that comes to my mind first.

Books: Nothing is better than Roberto Bolaño to me. Poetry also is a very important thing to have near in me.

Filmmakers: Ingmar Bergman, David Lynch, Leos Carax, Gus Van Sant, Michael Haneke.

Movies I love: Mulholland Dr, Elephant, Holy Motors, Stalker, Tarnation, Lost in Translation, Persona, Paris Texas, Into the wild, Chungking express, A woman under the influence, Juno, Big fish, Grey gardens. I really like asian cinema, I think they are the majority of movies I watch. A few ones I really love: A brighter summer day, Yi-yi, Nobody knows, Long day's journey into night, Maborosi, Love exposure, Himizu.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think I really appreciate my artistic achievements, I directed two short movies I wrote and I actually really like them. Another important thing was when I moved to Italy in the beginning of March, 2020, and suddenly I had to experience a very lonely quarantine in a new place where I didn't know anyone and was really far from all my loved ones. It was a very interesting time where I really had to learn to be my best friend and gave me such an important learning experience.
