About Me

Slaved in the creative industry, ex-designer, now dealing with clients. I love exploring and learning about the unique local culture in a new city, the food, the music, art, festivals, museums and most definitely, the people. Traveled around Asia and Western Europe, meeting new friends from both sides of earth.

It would definitely be great to have more friends and exchange conversations! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Venturing uphill in Philippines - Tagbilaran City, Bohol, getting lost in the night with a scooter with my travel buddy. It’s all pitch dark, and our humble scooter broke down while heading down the mountains back to our hotel. Both of us panicked, our phones gone battery flat, we’re in tees and shorts and the skies have gone dark at only 6pm. God bless us with the amazing help from one of the most beautiful and humble locals (a family of 10) with hearts full of gold. The mother of 8 took me in and covered me with her knitted sweater, while I waited for my buddy and the father to head downhill to fixed the tyres. Long story short, the most amazing thing and moments shared would be teaching the family's daughter Geraldine to read and write English and share my home Singapore with them. It was the conversation exchanged and time spent that made it the most amazing experience ever in this life. This is definitely one life changing experience wealth can’t afford.
