I´m a girl born 20 years ago in Pontevedra, a small city of Galicia (Spain) . I´m a student of history of art in the University of Santiago de Compostela. Right now I´m in my third year of my degree and I am studying in Lodz (Poland) by Erasmus + programme.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I´m on Couchsurfing because I love travelling, know new places and learn about new cultures. Furthermore, being in Poland doing my Erasmus gives me an amazing opportunity to travel around Europe, something I can´t do from Spain because the prices are very expensiver for a student´s economy. That is also one of my reasons to be on Couchsurfing because on this way I can save more money but travel the same, and is a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world too.

Interests

My passions are literature (above all Russian literature), learning languages and cultures, music and specially cinema, travelling and learning about new cultures.
Because of my vocation I´m very interesting specially in art and history but I have a very open mind to learn new things constantly , I´m always interested in everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

As I said before, I love music, movies and books. My favourite type of music is rock (every kind of rock) and also heavy metal but overall I like everything. I also love classical music (It´s one of my passions).
Regarding of movies, I´m very cinephile and I´m always watching movies or series but If I have to choose some film directors I have to say that Tarantino, Kubrick, Woody Allen and Lars Von Trier are my favourites, specially the first and the second. For example some of my favourite movies are: A clockwork orange, Full Metal Jacket, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Unglorious Basterds, Good Bye Lenin...
Finally, regarding to books, since I was very young I am a book lover. My favourite literature is Russian literature, specially Tolstoi, Dostoievski, Pushkin, Gorki or Chejov but I also like a lot Gothic literature, and other writters as Kafka and Tolkien who is one of my favourites. My favourite books are Pride and Prejudice, every book written by Tolkien and The Brothers Karamazov.
I also read some books written by philosophers like Marx and specially Nietzsche.
