About Me
Hellooo, I'm Félix a half-French half Swedish student in International Relations, or perhaps I should say 'I was', as I'm currrently taking a year off studies.
For the last four years I lived and studied in Sweden, more precisely in Malmö, a vibrant city with a great cultural diversity. I've also lived 6 months in the fantastic Istanbul in 2016 as an exchange student.
Last July I moved back to Jugon-les-Lacs, in Bretagne, France. The same little town I grew up on, in the midst of my dad's farm. Not for long though, I'm travelling to Spain in November-December, before flying to South-America in January.
I am open-minded, curious, outgoing and I love to discover new places, people, cultures, foods etc. When travelling I try to get out of the "sentiers battus", meaning that I always seek to explore more and understand how locals view their city/region. Nevertheless I'm not an overly analytical person, I know how to let go and have fun. I guess that's one of the things I'm the best at. I'm always down for a good laugh.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I created my account a few years ago but never really used it until now. Though I feel that traveling with couchsurfing corresponds to my personality, and serves well my will to exchange with new persons on all kinds of levels.
I've never had the pleasure of hosting someone via couchsurfing yet, however I've regularly had visitors wherever I've lived, including strangers, and I love being able to show them hidden gems, take them out partying, or cook one of my favorite/local dish.
