About Me

Hey there! I'm a pretty nice fella, new to Couchsurfing, but not new to traveling! I'm responsible, clean, if I'm not too exhausted from the day I'm quite a bit of fun for some late evening chats, and I'm a writer that freelances and runs an editing and proofreading business while traveling :)

I was turned on to this a couple years ago, but never really took the plunge. Now I'm looking to see what Couchsurfing has to offer, as I've heard SO many good stories from the people I've met in my travels in Africa, Central America and Asia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, to be honest, to save some money, meet some people, live life a little more spontaneously, and to try new things. There's nothing like invading someone's home for a few days to get a real feel for the area you're visiting mwahahaha ^^

Interests

I'm really up for trying anything once, so if you have something I just MUST try, well I'm the right guy to ask. All about living all of life's experiences, as cliche and corny as that sounds. But I DO live it, and if I can afford it, I'm usually down for whatever shenanigans you have in mind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Motorbiked through Vietnam for three months with nothing but a backpack and a piece of crap motorbike named "Frankie" that left me stranded in the middle of nowhere on more than one occasion (it was 6).

I also devoured a scorpion in Thailand, and published a Fantasy novel back in 2015.
