About Me

We are born to change/ We sometimes regard it as a metaphor/That reflects the way things ought to be/ In fact, change takes time/ It exceeds expectations/ The song remains the same/ And the truth is/ You gotta have the balls to change.

Before living in France, I hated the cold. I didn't like to leave the comfort and the heat of my house to go outside and stay a little bit in the cold wind. Once I came to Europe, I started to freeze. But talking to people who were already used to it, seeing the different point of view, trying to comprehend the different preferences of people, I've started to love this cold weather that before, was so hard to me.

A Turkish once taught me that the sensation of the cold rain touching your face is like a silk that passes through your skin.

A Brazilian taught me that in the winter, we get more introspective but it helps us how to know ourselves better.

A french taught me that the cold is only bad when you don't have enough blankets or clothes to cover yourself.

Now, I love the rain, the cold and the winter. I think that's what life is about. Learning to love new things everyday. Changing without fear.
