Hi! I am an artist from Slovenia, based in Berlin, currently exploring Latin America in search of a new home.

My work as an artist is interdisciplinary, and I am also a creativity and transformational coach and women’s circle facilitator.

I lived in France for 9 years and Germany for 8 years. I have been travelling the last 6 months in search of a new home outside Europe.
I am ideally looking for an intentional community.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just joined couchsurfing, even though in a way i have done it since i was 17 years old - but i would usually rely on friends to find other friends or relatives or acquaintances who would host me for a while - that way i got to meet a lot of interesting people and discover many places. I also love seeing different homes, since one of my main occupations until now was to create spaces in my art, spaces that are inviting and vibrant, and transform galleries into homes for the visitors.

I love foreign languages, cooking (love vegetables) - experimenting and making new smoothie recepies, dancing, hiking, travelling, going to the theater and cabaret shows, singing, reading, psychology and psychoanalysis, visual art, design, fashion,...
I'm very outdoorsy and love hiking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading theater plays, self-help books, psychology books, memoirs, auto-biographical novels, poetry, graphic novels.
My favorite movies are: Nenette et Boni (Claire Denis), a lot of films by Bogdanovich (They all lauged, What's up Doc, Paper moon), Paris-Texas, The to do-list, old pre-code hollywood films, musicals (Minelli, french musicals also), french new-wave, Lubitsch...
I love jazz, broadway, rap, hip hop, synth-pop, electronic music (many genres, love dancing to trap music), classical (especially baroque)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I produced some experimental pop/electronic songs. I created several characters for my Cabaret - I have a troupe of alter-egos called the Slightly Strange Theatre. And I have thought french language to many people! As far as visiting amazing places, the Sonoran desert, Sedona and Costa Rica are my favorite destinations so far.
