Been able to reach the summit of a mountain (Mt. Maculot, Batangas, Philippines) without losing oxygen. 😁

We had a research paper requirement for our Bachelor's Degree and it was an intervention for juveniles in conflict with the law. It was a bibliotherapy session that ran for 15 days, Monday to Friday and for 3 hours per session. It was a wonderful and life changing experience for our team (we were 3 in the group). We get to dig deeper into the cognitive and emotional side of these juveniles and also we get to help them find an avenue to change their perceptions and goals in life for the better.
