Hello everyone (kam sa ham nee da),
I am Kim In Yeub from Seoul, Korea. I am pursuing my graduate studies in veterinary medicine. I specialize in animals living in water. I took a gap year from studies and traveling around the world in 2016 to understand different cultures and learn from everyone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To exchange cultures with people from all around the world. Learn their own culture and teach them about Korea if they are interested.
It's an amazing community and I totally respect the culture in CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- I love cycling and did a solo bicycle trip from Incheon to Busan which is around 638km apart. It took me 5 days to complete this mission.
- I dived into the Yongmunsa pond, which was around -10 deg C and came out alive. Freezing cold! It is located in Yongmunsa Temple (Yongmunsan Mountain) - Korea.
- I swam into the dirtiest and holliest river, Ganges, in India
It felt really ambiguous. But it make a good memorize to me.
Don't worry, I came out without any kind of skin trouble.
- I did perfectly nice tracking from Jiri to Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar. that altitude is 5550M. It took me only 10days to complete this mission.
- I walked Camino de Santiago in spain!
from Bayonne to Santiago de compostela which is around 800km.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach : I can teach you some martial arts like Taekwondo and Jujitsu.
I can playing DJing about korean club music. It will help you to stay fit.
Learn : I want to learn all about your recipes and I want to cook with you. I am curious about playing music and dance so if you are good at it, please teach me.
I really want to learn about your country's history, geography, weather, culture, or any other detail!
