I will start a backpacking trip through South/Central America this September before meeting the rest of my family in Chile in March 2017.
I'm in charge of the lunch at La Bourdaisière castle hotel where I have a farm to table approach with our own vegetable garden. I was working in Amsterdam before finding a passion for agroecology and more specifically permaculture. This lead me back to France to start a more meaningful life.
