I am semi retired and have the honour to be able to teach Kundalini Yoga . I have also done my training in Conscious Pregnancy & currently doing my Yoga Therapy training. Hoping to be of helpto a larger audience of people through compassion and empathy with this amazing modality. I am also a gifted painter and have spent my career as a professional artist.
