Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my first trip abroad, I found it easier to communicate with people while traveling.I wonder the reason.Why can't we be as open-minded in our routine life?
I can't forget the experience to come across people and share stories in a totally new environment during traveling. I can't forget the feeling of the beautiful meeting between travelers and the short time we shared maybe once only.
