About Me

Depende de quién pase
que yo sea tumba o tesoro,
que hable o que calle
solo depende de ti.
Amigo, no entres sin anhelos.

It depends on those who pass
Whether I am a tomb or treasure
Whether I speak or am silent
The choice is yours alone.
Friend, do not enter without desire.

Il depend de celui qui passe
que je sois tombe ou tresor
que je parle ou me taise
ceci ne tient qu'a toi.
Ami n'entre pas sans desir.
(Paul Valéry)

I believe that the best things in life make you sweaty.

"The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men - cries out for universal brotherhood - for the unity of us all." Charlie Chaplin, The Great Dictator.

“As for me, I am tormented with an everlasting itch for things remote. I love to sail forbidden seas, and land on barbarous coasts.”
Herman Melville.

I enjoy coffee, good conversations, philosophy, traveling, going to the gym, watching good films, cooking, rolling in the mat and learning about this fascinating world and the beings that inhabit it, specially those hairless, clothed, noisy monkeys.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I wanted a safe and enriching way of finding accomodation while I travel. Moreover, I found very interesting the idea of meeting new people an exchanging culture, life and knowledge while sharing a home for some days. I think it's intellectually fruitful, and a great profitable experience for the soul. Also, probably the recipe for world peace.

Interests

I love sports, cooking, long walks accompanied with good conversation, I love learning new things, mountain biking, coffee, chocolate (the blacker the better), healthy food, knowledge, science (especially space stuff), all kinds of beer. Skål!
I did Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I love it.
Also, I am a member of a sanitary civilian protection team in my city, Madrid.

Long talks accompanied by beer until dawn!!
Everybody has something to teach and something to learn.

I love gaming!

Teach, Learn, Share

Everything. I think we can learn from everything and everybody. It is the everlasting desire of knowledge and the hability of knowing how and what to learn from everything what makes the human beings unique and great.
