Overview
About Me
I'm 22-year-old girl from Poland, a small but beautiful coutry in the Central Europe. I come from Gdańsk, the northern part of the coutnry, but a few years ago, in 2012, I moved to Cracow to study Polish language and literature. I enjoy my time here, though miss badly sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea and its cool breeze.
I'm a book lover and always travel with at least one, sometimes much bulkier than it would be reasonable. I love learning languages and my dream is to read Julio Cortazar in the original. ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and meeting people - that's the best part of visiting new places!
Interests
Books are my passion - I read them and I study them. I'm also interested in urban studies (and sometimes I combine both ;)). I love sailing and trekking and every year I spend my holidays doing at least one of these things. And I sing in a choir.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music. I easy get hooked on songs, no matter which music genre they are - Coldplay, Philippe Jaroussky, Pentatonix, Lodovico Einaudi and, among Polish artists, Mela Koteluk and Sutari.
Movies. When I first saw "Hanami", I fell in love. But I don't want to watch it again, because I usually get disappointed after doing so. I prefer treasuring this memory in my head. ;)
Books. No way I can tell you which one is my favorite! But there are two very important for me: by dint of "Harry Potter" I discovered the pleasure of reading and "Rayuela" by Julio Cortazar absolutely revolutionized my view on it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2013 I did Camino del Norte - I walked 700 kilometers from the Basque Country to Santiago de Compostela with my friend.
Teach, Learn, Share
Of course I can teach you Polish but beware, it's one of the most difficult languages in the world! :D We can also cook something together, one of the most popular Polish dishes which are called... "Greek fish" or "Russian dumplings". ;)
