Hello! My name is Ricardo Cárdenas.
I'm a 20 year-old student from México.
I like meeting new people and traveling! I just realized how much I enjoyed traveling and getting to know different cultures and its' people's ways of thinking during the summer of 2016 thanks to an cultural exchange program that I was a part of in France.
I also like cooking, dancing, working out, singing, reading and going out!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to live the experience of discovering another country at its 100%. C'est-à-dire, with local people that can teach me more about their countries and how they perceive my culture as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like pop music mostly, and my preference is Korean pop music.
I also like listening to the local music of the country that I'm visiting! It is always interesting and refreshing to hear how their languages sound like.

I cannot mention only one favorite book, it really depends on what I read at the moment. Right now I'm reading few books about the history of music in Mexico, about witnesses of the children and participants of the 2nd World War/War between Afganistan-Sovietic Union, motivational books, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting France and getting to discover "la région de Bretagne" with other 40 boys and girls from all around the world during a month!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to give something material, but I cannot that afford it yet.
I, however, can offer you a great talk and if you let me, prepare you a good and healthy breakfast or even traditional Mexican recipes :)
