Intrigued by the complexity and the beauty of life, I am a biologist in the making. My curiosity seems to have no limits sometimes. I grew up in a very small and unknown village in the southern part of The Netherlands and I am starting to realise that there is more out there! "Who lives sees, but who travels sees more" is an Arabic proverb that encourages me to go and get it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my first Couchsurfing experience, I've met wonderful and inspiring people. It was so special. I really liked to listen to their stories and I cann't wait to meet more interesting people. Everyone has its own story, but the essences in some way often show a lot of similarities. It is hard to translate that into words. Maybe it is more of a feeling or a goal we all search for. One day, I hope to host people that get inspired, like I used to be.
