About Me
Hola!
I'm Raquel, a vet student from Barcelona. But this is just a quick summary about myself. If you want to know more, keep reading! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's not about free bed and food (it's a cool part, but not the main thing). It allows me to meet interesting - weird - inspiring people. And it's the best way to get to know a different culture.
Interests
I like a bunch of different things, some of them useless, and most of them not related.
I love traveling, meeting new people and discovering different cultures. I cook and bake pretty well (yeah... I try). I like been in contact with nature, cycling, swimming... I'm really interested in philosophy and psycology (I want to learn more about them). I also enjoy photography, video edition and graphic design. Oh! And of course, I love animals!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like everything that makes me feel something special.
Movies: Inception, Les Miserables, Matrix, American Psyco, Tangled (ok, I know, a film about a princess, but she has a cute chameleon...) and others.
TV series: I've seen a few (original version is always better!). Some of them are Game of Thrones, Humans, Outlander, Flesh and Bone, American Horror Story...
Books: Everything (almost!). Right now I'm reading "The Kite Runner".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, I usually have incredibly stupid and crazy ideas... Some people has called it bravery. I think they are so crazy as I am. But at the end, these mad (brave?) folks are my favourite people.
Anyway, one amazing thing I've done is cycling in the Netherlands for almost 50km. It's not about the distance, it's not so much. But it was dark, I was lost and absolutely soaked. In that moment, I thought I wouldn't achieve it, but I kept going, and I'm alive! Now is one of my favourite anecdotes.
There's nothing terrible, everything makes you learn and grow! ;)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to cook or bake something typical from here to you (I even can teach you... or at least I can try!).
And we can have interesting chats. I'm very open-minded and I always love to listen different opinions.
