Hi there everyone! :)

My name is Bartek. I am 31 years old. I brought up in Poland. I love meeting new people, tasting new cuisines. I like watching landscapes and visiting places that are considered to be least explored. I am very passionate about animals and i love all kinds especially when they are seen in nature, not caught and kept in cage.

In September 2017 i quit my job and started travelling across Asia. Now i am back to Poland and trying life from different perspective.
It's very difficult to talk about yourself but i am trying to be honest and easy going person as life is too short to waste time for anger! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think most of people are here for the same reason - to meet other people. Which is great and never makes me feel bored, as everyone is so different and has something else to offer. While travelling and meeting new people I learn how to be a better person, how to respect other cultures and differences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kind of music except very hard heavy metal but my favorite genres are electronic and rock. I don't mind very calm, chilling out and relaxing music. When listening to it - i feel like i am in another world.

I used to watch a lot of films and series in the past. I don't do it anymore as i spend my time doing something else. Despite that, my favorite genres are: adventure, documentary,fantasy and sci-fi films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For some it may not be amazing achieve but i am very happy that I taught English, kids at one of very poor Thai schools during my stay in Thailand. To me this was amazing and unforgettable experience and seeing how happy kids were even though they didn't have much, made me smile every time and every day...
