I am a student. Now I'm learning to play guitar. I believe I am friendly and I like to meet new people especially from other countries. I really like to visit all sorts of cultural events, music concerts, movies, theater performances and sport events. I believe that creates a large par of who you are. I used to play football for quite a long time and I enjoy most of the sport activities if I am provided with good company. In the summer I tend to travel around city by bike.

I really like to travel, but I find it quite expensive, the main expenses are buying the ticket and to paying for a hotel. Then I realized that Couchsurfing reduces most of the cost when traveling. And I love to explore other cultures and I love to meet awesome people and Couchsurfing is a great opportunity for that. Nothing is better then exploring culture from residents. Only then you get most truer view.

My main focus now is guitar and I enjoy a heck out of learning it.
I love to learn things in Youtube. Sometimes it might be the best way how to get it done.
I love watching documentaries especially about Cosmos, it amazes me so much.

Musica, film e libri

I will start with my two favorite bands - Placebo and Pink Floyd. They are special for me.

But a lot of genres are represented in my player : alternative, alternative rock, rock, garage rock, grunge, indie, lo-fi, psychedelic rock, reggae and a bit of metal.

Other bands that I listen to a lot are :
Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Fidlar
Radiohead, The XX, Joy division, Sonic Youth
Queens of The Stone Age
System of a Down, Korn (It depends on day of course)
And of course a lot more not so know bands or bands from which I listen to just some songs.

Two of my favorite movie producers are : Christopher Nolan and Quentin Tarantino.

I'm not much of a book reader. I really liked Orwell`s 1984 and Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach.

I can teach you how to cook some more traditional Latvian foods. I can show you around and show some place that you never find as a tourist. We can also hang out with my friends. And last, but not least I can teach you to play something on guitar :)

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

I can show you around and I can provide place on my couch in the living room with blankets, sheets and pillows of course.
