Hi there! I am Tim, born and raised in the Netherlands on the border of Amsterdam on an organic farm. This has shaped me a lot. I am a idealist, entrepreneurial, spiritual and interested in a variety of subjects (see below) from meditation, to economics to going out and have a blast! Besides my studies Organizational sciences I founded my own company in ice cream, first small scale in Amsterdam and later on a larger scale at the farm where we started to supply local restaurants and supermarkets. Currently i am working on a strategy to be able to continue with the ice cream business (parttime) besides my new job at the province of Brabant (Southern province of the Netherlands) as a public policy trainee. I get much positive energy by coming up with original ideas of how to turn the shop i have in mind into a great success in cooperation with positive partners.

I can be quite an excentric person but i do not mind a serious discussion as well about spirituality, (international) politics or more philosophical. It really depends on the company I am with and of course the place and moment. I am especially fond of trying to improve my language skills and to learn more about the local culture (cuisine and interesting places to discover). Furthermore I am a good listener, spontaneous and sometimes quite crazy person. I am looking forward to meet you and to hang out :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2018 I am travelling for one month with an Interrail ticket, half of the trip with a friend through the South of France and Barcelona, and then alone through Spain (Valencia, Córdoba, Granada and Sevilla) ending in Lissabon. It is truly an amazing trip in which i have already met many great people and gained so many new experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

Besides Dutch, I am good in English, French, Spanish and German so I could learn you some more language skills. Also i am interested in economics politics, philosophy, psychology and spirituality. I can appreciate a good discussion.
