After traveling Asia for 4 months I realized what a valuable tool Couchsurfing is. Great alternative when cheap accommodation isn't available, also allows me to meet locals and understand they're lifestyles, break off the tourist trails of the world and experience a more personal approach to the places I'm traveling.

Backpack through Asia for 4 months solo and with other travellers. Had an amazing time taking in the sights, food and culture. Vietnam was my favorite and I'll be back soon!

I love sharing stories of my travels and stories from home. I believe that the NW United States is a very unique and special place and I love to share my home with others through conversation.
I also am very interested in the daily life of hosts and their families and how it compares to mine.
