Hi!
My name ist Patrick, I am 24 and I am (kind of) the typical german guy - punctual, efficient and straightforward ;-)
I just finished my economic studies in Bielefeld (northwestern Germany) and now I'm travelling through Europe for about two months.

On my way I would like to meet all kind of people, have random conversations and just see where it takes me. I much rather want to get to know the local folks than being in party hostels with other travellers.
After I've spent a year in Argentina a while ago, I'd like to freshen up my spanish skills, and get to know the culture better.
I am easy-going and spontanious. Besides I am tidy and dont snore which makes me a perfect guest for a night or two on your couch ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly to connect and stay in touch with all the great people I get to know during my travels.

Interests

I'm really into ballroom dancing and used to take part at competitions. Nontheless I can fascinate myself for all kinds of dancing and enjoy learning new steps of different styles.

Right know I also give my photography-skills a try. ^^

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Well my taste in music reaches from classical music to hard rock so that's a tough one to describe. Butlet me give you some bands I don't wanna miss on my iPod:
Frank Turner, Rise Against, AC/DC (I've seen them live once; that was so awesome!), The Foo Fighters, The Beatles, The Black Keys , Ludovico Einaudi, London Grammar, Seeed

Movies:
I like the movies based on Marvel or DC-Comics but I am really addicted to series like Orphan Black, Supernatural, Daredevil or Game of Thrones.

Books:
There are some pretty good german authors like Frank Schätzing or Andreas Eschbach. But I highly recommend you "The story of Mr. Sommer" by Patrick Süßkind (you might know him as the author of "the perfume")

I climbed Huayna Potosí in Bolivia... Or at least, I tried :D

Teach:
Anything I know (which includes: dancing steps, basic photography-knowledge and some piano songs)
