Overview
About Me
I am a university student and so I still live with my parents: this is why I cannot accept any guests.
I've always found very difficult to describe myself. I try to be generous, kind and patient with everyone; I am emotional, sensitive, a little bit shy, but also determined and stubborn.
What I love the most is helping people and notice their improvement. I care about people and I try to do my best for giving them some means to get ahead. Recently, I begin doing volunteering with refugees and foreigners and I found wonderful teaching to and learning from others, who have different cultural background and "mindset".
Another thing I care about is environment. I love the seaside, I was born in the south of Italy and I can't spend my summer holiday without swimming in the sea. But I found very often trash on the beach and I feel as a moral duty to pick it up. I' m aware that it is a small act faced to global warming etc... but I think that beginning to be better is the first step to make the world a better place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Well, I don't really have a favourite music, movie or book.
Regarding music I like to listen all musical genres except rap music, I love rock and pop music, but also dream pop and shoegaze. I'm a Slowdive fan, and I hope you know this '90s band, which is something unreal: their sounds just let you floating on air and dreaming.
Then...I love some italian songwriters :)
Concerning books... I can say that three books impressed me deeply: White Nights by Dostoevsky, The Metamorphosis by F.Kafka and One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I give a tree as birthday gift to my boyfriend, but it will be planted in Haiti...
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching what I know to others and being helpful to deepen others knowledge about whatever.
But I am also eager to learn from others!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Well, I can offer some little talks (even if I am a little bit shy at the beginning), I can cook some italian food and I can teach one of the four languages I spoke
