I am 22 years old from Southampton, England. After graduating from my history degree last summer I decided it was the perfect time to use my hard-earned savings to go and experience the world. So...for the last 6 months I have been having an amazing time travelling solo around South East Asia and Australia, and am currently in New Zealand where I plan to work and travel my way around both islands, before eventually coming home to find myself a job and join the so-called 'real world'! I'm friendly, outgoing, and - like most travellers - love meeting new people. I also love to cook, so I am more than happy to cook for anyone who is able to host me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to meet and stay with locals whilst I'm working and travelling around New Zealand, and of course to save $$ on accommodation!

Interests

Kayaking, hiking, climbing... Anything outdoors and active - I'm there!
I love to read books, especially thrillers and crime based novels.
I'm also a bit of a history geek, and love soaking up new knowledge through reading books, visiting museums and watching documentaries and films.
