I'm currently a full time student in a Masters in Marketing at a Business School in Madrid. I came here from Colombia, and even though I love my country; I'm in love with Europe. I lived in the US for 7 years when I was a kid, so I speak fluent English and have American-Like habits.

I'm staying here in Madrid for a year and I'm looking forward to discovering new places, and I'm certian that locals can share with you great experiences and take you to mind blowing places.

I'm a single person, all my family and friends are in Colombia, so I'm pretty much alone in Europe. Yet I consider this an opportunity, more than a motive to be sad. I love meeting new people. But above all, I'm deeply interested on creating memories and establishing friendships.

"We're all a small universe" I heard from Neil deGrasse Tyson from Cosmos: A Space-time Odyssey. And that is pretty much how I sum up the way I see people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a very curious person. I enjoy meeting people from new and different cultures.

Recently, my best friend from US came to visit Madrid. We together and walked for hours, but something that really marked me was that he said "There is nothing like touristing with locals, they take you to places that no tour routes or guides will ever know" and that's pretty much what I'm looking for, "touristing with locals".

I can't offer a Couch right now in Madrid since I'm sharing an apartment with other locals. But, I can offer one once I'm back in Colombia, preferably to people I've already met. Yet my home is always going to be open to new worlds.

Interests

I'm interested in finding open minded people, willing to tell their life story, enjoying life's little pleasures. I love looking at statues, natural places, cooking, dancing, smoking a joint, Walking & Talking.
