About Me
It's always hard talk about ourselves. Many times we just see our defects or enhance our virtues to show us to other people. I'll try my best to be realistic about myself.
I’m the kind of person that believe in energies and people’s energy. I believe the thoughts are powerful: You just attract what you think. (It has been so difficult to learn it). I try to keep positive, although sometimes it’s difficult. Meditation has helped me to achieved it. I’ve been meditating at least twice per day since March due to stress situations by life circumstances.
I've been vegan for more than 2 years and vegetarian since 2012. I started for health reasons and then I realized about ethics problems about animals farms so I ended my dairy consumption at all.
I love cooking. In my spare time I often try different recipes. I love share a good dinner with my friends and family. I think it’s a kind of magic to be able to share food with people, since you don’t share a simple food: You are able to share experience, love, stories, dreams and fears around the food. Food is culture, and culture is life.
I don’t like to consume chemical drugs. I prefer to heal through my foods and herbs. Remember that our body is a temple. We have to protect it.
I read less than I would like, and I write less than I would like. Since a time to now I always carry a notebook to take notes about what I’m thinking or quotes that I have liked. It’s a good therapy.
I’ve lived in Auckland, New Zealand for a season and in Santiago, Chile where I born and grown. Now I’m living in Vancouver. I don’t have any idea for how long I’ll be here. Just living the present and enjoying the positive things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first dive was in Rapa Nui (Easter Island). I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. Giant corals everywhere, and a thousand of colorful fishes swimming around me. It was the most amazing experience that I've ever lived.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think the best way to know a place is through their people. I love learning about different cultures, beliefs, and habits. Share different point of views, learning and teaching through our life stories is magic. The only way to grow as a person is recognizing us, and sometimes we can see us through other stories. this is awesome
