Hola, I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska. I moved to California 5 years ago to live amongst the sun. I bought a one-way ticket to Peru and I plan to travel throughout South America for awhile. I love soaking up local culture and language. Trying new food, and dancing all night.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe the best way to get to see a place is through the eyes of the locals. I love the novelty of meeting individuals and experiencing life through new points of view. I am looking to travel safely, and affordably. Couch surfing is the perfect combination of both.

I am a very active, free spirit. In my free time I rock climb, bike, hike, do yoga, read, etc.. I am a food enthusiast. I live for the outdoors. I think that everything is worth experiencing at least once in life.

One of my favorite books is Shantaram. I love Kahlil Gibran, and recently have fallen in love with the author Tom Robbins.

I have a very eclectic range of musical interests. On the top of the list is funk and blues, but I'll get down to almost everything.

I would love to help anyone learn english. I can also teach handstands! I love to practice my Spanish and learn about local culture wherever I am.
