We just got married and instead of a traditional honeymoon, we decided to quit our jobs and go travel the world! We left San Francisco in March 2016 and are currently backpacking through Europe.

Interests

We love exploring cities on foot, while taking in local cuisine and drinks. We also love the outdoors, and have no problem leaving the city for a week to go camping in the wilderness. We both love a good beach!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On our first week outside the US, we decided to take a train to one of the northernmost part of Sweden - Abisko. There, (while attempting to bear the frozen, icy tundra) we were able to see the aurora borealis and go dogsledding! Both were top-10 life experiences for sure!

Teach, Learn, Share

We love learning cultural traditions through food and social activity. We love to cook, and love learning local cuisine. Nick is a history buff, and majored in it in college, so anything with a good story behind it gets him excited!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can always cook a good meal! We are very tidy people, and can keep a place clean. We love sharing stories, laughs, and just being good company!
