I come from the suburbs of Basel, Switzerland. I have just finished my exchange semester at the HDK ( Academy of Design and Crafts ) in Gothenburg. Before going back home, I would like to first explore the beauty of Sweden. I am currently entering my Bachelor year in Industrial Design. I would describe myself as a open minded person, who wants to discover the world and understand how things work. I love dancing, craft and industry, creating and dismantling, cleverness and simplicity, discussions and silence, nature yet also urbanism, curiosity and hunger for knowledge.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I personally think the most interesting part about couchsurfing is getting to meet people from all walks of life. Travelling for me isn’t about the location I’m in, it’s mostly the experience of discovering new cultures, languages and understanding different ways of living. As an Industrial Designer I strive to understand and get to know the different needs of people coming from different backgrounds.
