Hello!
My name is Javier Rodriguez, but you can name me like "Javi". The sound is similar to happy or heavy because is written in Spanish. I'm 21. I'm from Mexico and specifically from Monterrey, Mexico. I grew up in a little town near Monterrey and when I was fifteen I moved to Monterrey to study my High School. Nowadays i'm studying Biomedical Engineering in the University of Monterrey. But currently I'm doing an student exchange in Hong Kong for 1 semester.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to participate in this web page because I'm looking for accomodation in Japan. Since I am having an student exchange in Hong Kong, I have wanted knowing Japan and learning about its culture. I think its culture, its food and its people are amazing. I have read and seen some things about Japan that surprised me to much. For that reason I'll spend my vacation there. Since May 26th to June 20 th.
Interests
I like cooking, hiking, listening all kind of music, dancing, singing, cycling, learning and experiencing new things specially about other culture.
I love playing table tennis and practicing taekwondo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing that I have done is traveling out of my country and knowing a lot of international people, becuase I'd never know another country apart from Mexico.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach spanish, how to play Table Tennis, and how to cook Mexican food and If you want how to dance mexican music haha.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share expiriences in my country, I can show them my culture and cook mexican food. Also I think we can talk about the diferencies and similarities, as well as learn about how lives each other.
