Hi all!
My name is Gian Marco, but everyone call me Gimmy. I am an italian student, grow up in a little city in the centre of italy and moved to Turin for studies. I have done my first Erasmus in Spain where i lived for a year and learnt the language; now I am in my second Erasmus in England. I love travel, to do any trip... I like meet new and local people and know the culture the country I am visiting, try typical food beverage etc... I am a person that is "never in hurry", I love appreciate the time I spend abroad without strict plans, but I can easily adapt if my trip mate thinks different.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met people couchsurfing when I was in Turin, and I immediately thought: "I WANT TO DO IT AS WELL!!". I would like to host and surf as well, but due to the fact that I have always lived in small flats with a 4-6 of people, It was difficult to arrange a place where to host someone that was acceptable also by my flatmates,
I think couch surfing is an amazing opportunity to meet with locals, spend some time with them, talking of having a dinner together...
I think couchsurfing is not a "go sleep for free", but it is the opportunity to enrich each other as persons by an interesting culture exchange.
I am sure we will pass a good time together! :-)
